B2B Web Design That Builds Pipeline, Not Portfolios

Strategy, UX, design, development, and maintenance for enterprise B2B websites. We build sites that handle long sales cycles, multiple personas, and the scrutiny that comes when leadership asks what the website is actually returning.

The Problem

The B2B Web Problem

These aren't technical problems. They're pipeline problems that happen to live inside a website.

01

Beautiful Site. No Pipeline.

The launch screenshot was perfect. The agency won an award. Leadership signed off. Twelve months later, the site is still the same showroom it was on day one: high bounce, low conversion, sales teams begging marketing for a redesign. A B2B site that doesn't move pipeline is decoration that costs you every quarter.

02

Web Team and Marketing Team Don't Talk

The web team owns the CMS, the dev backlog, and the templates. The marketing team owns campaigns, content, and conversion. The site evolves in one direction, the campaigns evolve in another, and the landing pages that should connect them get built in a third tool nobody talks to. Buyers feel the disconnect before your team does.

03

Tech-Debt Sites That Look Fine and Underperform

The site looks like 2026 on the homepage. The CMS is from 2019. Page speed is broken, tracking is patchy, and every campaign hand-off needs three people to ship a landing page. Modern B2B web isn't a frontend project, it's the operating layer for your demand programs. Old infrastructure caps every growth lever you have.

Our Services

Our B2B Web & UX Services

B2B web work fragmented into vendors and silos: a UX shop, a design studio, a dev house, a separate maintenance contract, and a site that nobody owned end to end. Construct Digital was built the other way: research, design, development, and the team that keeps it running under one roof, accountable for the outcome, not a slice of it.

A full set of services from research through to maintenance. Some clients engage us for a single piece, like UX research or a redesign. Others run integrated programs combining strategy, build, and ongoing support under one team.

Got Questions

Web & UX FAQs

01 What's COMPASS, and how is it different from a regular Web Design & Dev engagement? remove

COMPASS is our flagship product for clients who need brand and website delivered together. Brand strategy, visual identity, and a custom build ship as one integrated program with one team. Regular Web Design & Dev is for clients who already have their brand sorted and need execution: a redesign, a new build, or a migration. If brand and web are both gaps, COMPASS is the route. If brand is locked, Web Design & Dev is the entry point.

02 Do you only build new sites, or do you also redesign and migrate? add

Both. About half our work is full new builds. The other half is redesigns, replatforms, and migrations. Common reasons clients move to us: tech-debt cleanup, CMS replatform (often onto Sitefinity or other commercial CMSes), or a redesign that the previous agency didn't deliver on. We work in modular phases when the existing site can't be killed all at once.

03 Which CMS and tech stack do you build on? add

The stack that fits the client. Astro for content-led sites that benefit from speed and modern tooling (this site is on Astro). Sitefinity, Sitecore, and Drupal for enterprises with existing infrastructure or governance requirements. WordPress when the team needs editorial flexibility. Custom builds when the use case demands it. We're platform-fit by design.

04 How long does an enterprise B2B web build take? add

Depends on scope. A focused redesign of an existing site is 8–16 weeks. A new build with brand work bundled (COMPASS) is 16–24 weeks. Replatforms with content migration usually run 12–20 weeks. We set honest timelines upfront and report progress weekly.

05 What does Maintenance & Support actually cover? add

Page builds, content updates, performance optimisation, security patching, integration maintenance, and the routine dev work that keeps a live site running. Retainer-based with a defined SLA. The marketing teams we work with use the retainer instead of raising tickets every time they need a landing page, a tracking fix, or a layout change.
