Challenge

IMDA needed to raise awareness of its diverse programmes among key audiences in Singapore through its corporate website. The site was a government-grade enterprise property held to public-sector standards, and a lack of analytics capability meant the team could not see how visitors engaged or where organic was leaking. They needed visibility they could measure, on a site that could not afford to break.

Approach

We ran detailed persona and audience research, a full technical, content, and SERP audit, and built the keyword strategy from it. We worked directly with the website vendor to implement and validate the fixes, then stood up a GA4 tracking framework with real-time dashboards so SEO performance was visible quarter to quarter.
