TransformAsians: the podcast we produce ourselves, end to end.

Challenge

Asia is the world's most dynamic region, yet the stories of its changemakers go largely untold. We wanted to tell them, and to do it to the standard we hold for clients, which meant producing a full interview podcast from concept to publish, ourselves.

Approach

We created TransformAsians: conceived the show, booked and hosted the guests (hosted by our own Charanjit Singh and Richard Bleasdale), and handled the full production chain, recording, edit, design, and publishing across Apple, Spotify, YouTube, and more.

Result

A ten-episode first season featuring changemakers like Sunita Kaur, Howie Lau, and architect Wong Mun Summ, distributed across every major podcast platform. The clearest proof of our production capability: we don't just produce content for clients, we produce our own.

SGX Group: making complex risk make sense on screen.

Challenge

SGX Group's Risk Management unit needed to educate its Board of Directors on complex risk policies and frameworks, material that even senior leaders found hard to follow on the page.

Approach

We partnered with the Chief Risk Officer, ran an immersion workshop to understand the topics and the audience, then produced a series of short explainer videos that turned dense risk concepts into a quick, engaging watch.

Result

A video series that made governance-level risk material accessible to the board, complex policy explained in minutes, not lost in a deck. Proof that production craft is what carries a hard subject.

TÜV SÜD: a production partnership measured in years.

Challenge

TÜV SÜD needed a steady stream of brand and marketing assets, for internal and external audiences, that consistently reflected the brand's personality and heritage and inspired trust in a testing-and-certification business where trust is the product.

Approach

Since 2010, we've worked with TÜV SÜD's brand and product marketing teams to develop the assets: a new corporate brochure, the Safety Gauge campaign, sustainability and sanitation campaigns, product marketing materials, and case studies, all to a consistent brand standard.

Result

NUS SCALE: campaign video that broke category convention.

Challenge

NUS SCALE had marketed its continuing-education courses tactically and ad hoc, and was falling behind the category leader. It needed a distinct brand and creative that stood out in a crowded market, while driving sign-ups across 700-plus courses.

Approach

We built the "Level Up to 100" concept and produced the creative to carry it: video ads, banners, landing pages, and content, leaning into the design language of gaming to break away from the cliché of smiling lifelong learners. The video was the centrepiece, the idea made watchable.
