01 What does a B2B brand agency do differently from a consumer brand agency? remove

B2B brands work harder. They sell to buying committees over 6–18 month cycles. The creative has to land with a CFO, a CMO, and a procurement lead in the same campaign, while carrying credibility that survives serious commercial scrutiny. We build brands that hold up across long sales cycles. Brand-of-the-year shortlists are a bonus.

02 How do you measure brand work? add

Brand work compounds, but it isn't unmeasurable. We track aided and unaided brand awareness, share of search, share of voice in target accounts, and the influence of brand campaigns on pipeline velocity. For campaigns specifically, we measure cost per qualified lead, account engagement lift, and contribution to closed revenue. Every program has a measurement plan before it ships.

03 Which brand service should I start with? add

Depends on the gap. If positioning is unclear or contested internally, start with Brand Strategy. 05 Do you do brand strategy without identity work, or vice versa? add

Yes. Some clients come to us with a strong identity and need positioning work. Others have positioning locked and need an identity that catches up. We work in modular engagements scoped to the actual gap. Bundled packages designed to maximise our scope aren't how we operate.
